We are Michaela and Philipp Gotterbarm – true SEEKINDER at heart who love our region deeply. We also share a passion for travelling and regularly bring back fresh impressions from our journeys. From this, our ambition was born: to offer you, dear guests, something truly special during your time with us.

Cancellation policy:

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the total booking amount will be charged.

Check-in: from 2:00 p.m.

Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.

Payment options:

• Cash payment

• Advance bank transfer (bank details will be provided upon request)

Out of consideration for all our guests, smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartments or on the terraces.

Should smoking still occur in the apartments, a flat-rate special cleaning fee of €200 will be charged. For our smoking guests, we have set up a cosy smoking and relaxation corner in the garden.

For hygienic reasons and out of respect for future guests, pets are not allowed in our holiday apartments.

If something unexpected prevents you from starting your holiday as planned, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
